Kettlebell Fitness

This class will aim to provide a total body workout using kettlebells and body-weight exercises.  you will learn proper kettlebell technique as well as how to appropriately choose your weight.  Circuit and interval training will be used during sessions to maximize your workout. Kettlebell fitness class will not only work on muscular strength and endurance, but also on cardiovascular endurance.  This will be an upbeat environment appropriate for all levels.
