Soma Yoga for Everybody and Every Body - Mat/Stand

Soma yoga is gentle yoga. It re-establishes mind-muscle connections. It is about listening to YOUR body and making mindful slow gradual changes to increase YOUR FLEXIBILITY, STRENGTH, AND BALANCE resulting in overall mobility. You are encouraged to work at YOUR OWN ABILITY level. Also, are you worried about hip, knee, and shoulder issues? Judy will work with you to adapt poses and movements. Please bring a yoga sticky mat if you have one.
