Speed and Strength Training Program

Trainers will gain knowledge of the fundamentals of weight training while learning proper technique when it comes to speed and strength training. This will not only maximize their athletic ability but it will promote a future healthy lifestyle. The goal of this camp is to help prevent future injuries through the use of specific sport weight training and to have fun as we all develop into the rising “Hawks Stars” on and off the field. Open to students entering 6th - 8th grade Fall 2019
