Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) is a community education program of Proctor Public Schools and Hermantown Community Schools.  We provide classes, programs and services for families with children from birth to kindergarten age.  ECFE classes include time for parents and children to learn together, parent discussions facilitated by a parent educator and interaction among children to engage, learn and grow together within an early childhood classroom.  Due to high demand, families are allowed to register for ONLY ONE ECFE class at this time.  If additional openings become available in September, you may register a second child at that time.  Priority will be given to children meeting the age guidelines and living in the Proctor or Hermantown School Districts.  To choose the appropriate class, please use your child's age as of September 1, 2018.
