Join Shannon for this class, where she will combine controlled movements that’ll target your entire midsection to assist in decreasing pain, while strengthening other areas of your body to increase energy levels. All exercises are strategically paired to build lean muscle and improve your endurance. You’ll leave each session feeling stronger and ready to tackle your day head on!

Intensity level: Intermediate

Participants will receive the link to each class two (2) days prior to each class.
