Join the Proctor School District-sponsored Middle School Volleyball team, open exclusively to students in grades 7 and 8. Under the leadership of Head Coach Trish Jauhola and the middle school volleyball coaching staff, players will develop skills, teamwork, and game knowledge through practices and inter-school competitions.
Participants must come prepared with clean, indoor-only tennis shoes, appropriate gym attire, and a water bottle. Knee pads are optional but encouraged for added protection. A complete practice and game schedule will be provided to players by the coaches during the first week of practice.
Important Requirement: A current sports physical, signed by a physician, must be on file with Proctor High School before the first day of practice. Sports physicals are valid for three years from the date of examination. To avoid delays, we recommend scheduling your child’s physical between July 15 and August 15. Completed forms may be submitted to Mr. Jeff Gunderson at Proctor High School or emailed to: jgunderson@proctor.k12.mn.us
For questions or more information, please contact Jeff Gunderson, Athletic Director.
