$50 dollar fee for missed Behind the Wheel session

Students who completed classroom instruction with another organization may participate in 6 hours of behind-the-wheel training with our licensed staff. Participants must register for this course, prior to driving with one of our licensed staff. Participants may choose who they would like to drive with or have one assigned based on availability. Upon registration, please email Ines Chandler, ichandler@isd700.org, to receive your assigned driver's contact information.

Youth Driver Education courses are designed to teach your student how to become a responsible and low risk driver. All of our courses are taught by Minnesota Department of Education licensed teachers. At the end of the program, your student will have gained the knowledge to successfully pass the written permit test, confidently drive on the road, and be prepared for his/her driver license exam. Each student will participate in 30 hours of classroom instruction and six hours of behind-the-wheel with our licensed staff. Course can be taken in-person or self-paced online. Online only: There will be an additional service fee of $20 once you sign into your online account. Parent Meeting for all parents and students: Sunday, September 7th from 7:30 - 9:00 PM Please be sure to review all the necessary information regarding Youth Driver Education prior to registering here.
