School Readiness is a preschool programs for four and five year-olds with a focus on helping children begin kindergarten with the skills and behaviors needed to succeed.
Stepping Stones is a preschool program for three year-olds with a focus on helping children begin kindergarten with the skills and behaviors needed to succeed.
This class is for students who are interested in Lego robotics. Students work in teams of two to learn the programming basics of the Lego robots. This class is a great way to see if your child would be interested in joining a Lego robotics team next year. If not this is also a great way to do some programming and learn about the engineering process. In this class, students build lego launchers, a robot, and learn to program basic movements along with some challenges. To end the class the kids will build a Sumo robot and the robots will battle it out using a sensor that the kids program to keep the robot in the play area.
