The 2025-2026 Online Class Registration Lottery will be open on Monday, March 3rd at 8AM. Families will be notified of their class placement the week of April 21st, 2025. Priority is given to families that reside within the Proctor and Hermantown School Districts. You'll be notified when your placement is confirmed.
The Proctor/Hermantown Early Childhood Program offers Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) Parent/Child classes, 3, 4 and 5 year-old Preschool classes as well as a variety of special events throughout the year. All of our classes are taught by licensed Early Childhood teachers and Parent Educators.
Our School Readiness program has been awarded the top “4 Star” rating from the State of Minnesota’s Parent Aware Rating System for Quality Early Childhood Programs! Our 4 Star rating certifies that our pre-school program has met Minnesota’s highest standards for teacher licensing and training and student curriculum and assessment
