School Readiness is a preschool programs for four and five year-olds with a focus on helping children begin kindergarten with the skills and behaviors needed to succeed.
Stepping Stones is a preschool program for three year-olds with a focus on helping children begin kindergarten with the skills and behaviors needed to succeed.
The 2024-2025 Online Class Registration Lottery will be open on Friday, March 1st at 8AM. Registered families will receive a notice by March 22nd that their registration has been received. Families will be notified of their class placement no later than May 1, 2024. Priority is given to families that reside within the Proctor and Hermantown School Districts. You'll be notified when your placement is confirmed.
The Proctor/Hermantown Early Childhood Program offers Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) Parent/Child classes, 3, 4 and 5 year-old Preschool classes as well as a variety of special events throughout the year. All of our classes are taught by licensed Early Childhood teachers and Parent Educators.
Our School Readiness program has been awarded the top “4 Star” rating from the State of Minnesota’s Parent Aware Rating System for Quality Early Childhood Programs! Our 4 Star rating certifies that our pre-school program has met Minnesota’s highest standards for teacher licensing and training and student curriculum and assessment
