Stepping Stones is a preschool program for three year-olds with a focus on helping children begin kindergarten with the skills and behaviors needed to succeed.
Join instructor Shannon Polson for a 45 minute strength and cardio session! Focus on a more efficient way of living with specifically designed strength exercises while increasing your endurance with light cardio. Each session includes a warmup and cool down where we'll focus on balance and flexibility. No equipment is needed; however if you have a pair of light weights, please bring them to class! No exercise experience is needed. Wear comfortable clothes, proper footwear, and bring a water bottle.
