Yoga is officially back at Hermantown Elementary with our new instructor, Janet Borash! Participants will practice using breath-work, gentle yoga, and relaxation techniques to strengthen their body and emotional health. Please bring a yoga mat and water. Optional items to bring: small blankets, blocks, and a strap.
