Join Proctor Schools in partnership with the MN Vikings for an exciting Girls Flag Football program! This program introduces girls to the basics of football while promoting skills such as teamwork, sportsmanship, hand-eye coordination, and communication. As a non-contact sport, players wear flags on a belt that are pulled off for “tackles,” and all necessary equipment, including flags, jerseys, etc will be provided. No prior experience is needed!
The season will run from April until Late May with playoffs in June. Practices will take place at the High school Field House on Sundays and Wednesdays from 7:30-9:00 PM, with games scheduled for Sundays—detailed game schedules will be provided later.
