You’ll have access to 6 weeks of 30 different, step-by-step guided workouts that focus on building strength, increasing your flexibility, mobility and balance, and improving your cardio. These 5 - 7 minute workouts are effective, and are perfect for busy schedules. This Academy lives on an easy-to-use platform, requires only a yoga mat and chair, is suitable for women of all fitness levels, and includes unlimited support!
