Asahi is a mind-body exercise that can be practiced by people of all ages and in all states of health. It is a very simple, but comprehensive and efficient exercise routine, which helps people improve their health and quality of life. Asahi movements and breathing progress simultaneously at a slow tempo. The basic routine warms up, exercises and relaxes the whole body systematically. It strengthens the legs and develops balance. Practicing Asahi increases metabolism and boosts immunity to illness. It can also help with general health issues, such as pains in the back,shoulder and neck areas and is a natural way to relieve the psychosomatic symptoms caused by stress.
