On the Same Page: Parent Book Study - Hermantown

Early Learning 2025-2026

Quarter 2 will be an 7-week book study facilitated for parents with young children, focusing on "How Eskimos Keep Their Babies Warm And Other Adventures in Parenting" by Mei-Ling Hopgood. Led by Assistant Director of Community Education, Roxy Olsen-Hurst: This study offers a supportive environment where parents can connect, discuss, and explore the challenges all parents face: bedtimes, potty training, feeding, teaching, and more. This book study will provide a global perspective on parenting while experimenting with tried and true methods from around the world that prove there are many ways to be a good parent. Parents are responsible for purchasing the book. If you wish to participate and purchasing the book is a financial barrier, please contact our office so we may assist you.

Quarter 4 will be a 5-week book study, with the book TBA.
